Amanda Gavarny
Amanda is a Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, and intuitive creator with over 20 years of experience in both creative and healing work.
She is the founder of Heart High and the voice behind the Spiritual Evolution Podcast, where she shares conversations and insights to support personal and spiritual growth.
Amanda’s work blends coaching, energy healing, and creative expression to help others reconnect with themselves, build self-worth, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Her approach is rooted in both lived experience and deep compassion—supporting others in a way that feels real, grounded, and aligned.
Shawn Ashbaugh
Shawn is a Spiritual Life Coach and Sound Healer that brings a grounded, practical approach to personal growth and transformation.
His work focuses on mindset, awareness, and real-life integration—helping individuals shift perspective, take ownership of their path, and move forward with intention.
With a natural ability to simplify complex ideas and bring clarity to life’s challenges, Shawn supports others in creating meaningful change through both insight and action.
His presence within Heart High brings balance—bridging deeper awareness with real-life application.
